With the College Basketball Season around the corner, the West Virginia Mountaineers are ready for tip-off! The men in Yellow and Blue have been playing at WVU Coliseum since the early-1970’s. West Virginia’s basketball venue is about a 10-15 minute drive from Monongalia County Park (home of Minor League Baseball’s West Virginia Black Bears). WVU Coliseum is also located on the West Virginia University campus. The men in Yellow and Blue last played in the Final Four in 2010. In addition, the Mountaineers have reached Sweet Sixteen three times since 2015. Meanwhile, the women’s basketball squad has played in the NCAA Tournament eight times since 2010.
