The University of Tennessee Volunteers are one of the good programs in college baseball. In fact, the university has seen former players who would go on to succeed in Major League Baseball (MLB). Some of those athletes would go on to become MLB All-Stars as well as even playing in the World Series. Tennessee went to the College World Series (CWS) four times (1951, 1995, 2001 & 2005) and played in the NCAA Tournament four times since 2000. In fact, the Volunteers recently won the SEC Conference Tournament three times (1993-1995).
