The University of Southern Mississippi (Southern Miss) Golden Eagles are one of the great programs in college baseball. In fact, the university has seen former players who would go on to succeed in Major League Baseball (MLB). Southern Miss appeared in the College World Series & won the Regional Championship in 2009 and has played in the NCAA Baseball Tournament six times since 2010.
