Twins’ New Food at Target Field 2026 Include Chocolate Fish Pastry on a Stick, Buffalo Chicken Poutine, Tater Tot Nachos & More!

The Minnesota Twins and concessions provider Delaware North® announced about 10 new food items that will be available this upcoming season. All ticket holders will be excited to try some new fan favorites such as the Souvenir Candied Popcorn Helmet, Build-Your-Own Mac & Cheese Bowl, Bang-Bang Chicken Sandwich, and more. Food is not the only thing debuting at Target Field in 2026 as there will also be new fan experience options.

The Downtown Minneapolis ballpark will expand its beverage selections with Boozy Boba Drinks and Dirty Sodas at Niko Niko (Section 120 at 3rd Base). Also, the team is going to induct TV play-by-play voice Dick Bremer into the Team’s Hall of Fame in a special ceremony on July 11. #10-Mediterranean Bowl

A healthier side of ballpark fare highlights a Choice or Flavor (Chicken Shawarma or Vegetarian) with Feta Cheese, Tomatoes, Tzatziki Sauce, and Diced Red Onions on Steamed Rice. The Mediterranean Bowl is located near Section 114 Behind Home Plate. 

#9-Gluten-Free Stand

Those with special dietary needs can rely on a dedicated station that offers GF for Hot Dogs and Hamburgers as well as Atuvava Bakery Cookies and other snacks. The Gluten-Free Stand is located at No Gluten Way, Section 112 Behind Home Plate. 

#8-Loaded Tater Tot Nachos

This dish from the Minnesota Twins has the components of Crispy Tater Tots layered with Choice of Meat (Chicken, Brisket, or Pulled Pork), Nacho Cheese, and Pico de Gallo. The Loaded Tater Tot Nachos are located at Hrbek’s, Section 114 Behind Home Plate. 

#7-Bang-Bang Chicken Sandwich

The newest member of Target Field’s food lineup will consist of Deep-Fried Chicken smothered in Bang-Bang Sauce and accompanied with Red Peppers, Lettuce, and Pickles on a Hoagie Bun. The Bang-Bang Chicken Sandwich is located at Keeper’s Heart Town Ball Tavern (Section 229 at Left Field). 

#6-Souvenir Candied Popcorn Helmet

The Minnesota Twins are elevating the desserts game this year thanks to the Freshly-Popped Popcorn in a Take-Home Helmet with many toppings to choose from. Available add-ons include Chocolate-Covered Pretzels, Mini Marshmallows, Peanut Butter Candies, Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, Sour Candies, Yogurt-Covered Pretzels, and Cookie Crumbles. Also featured in this new offering are delicious sauces like Caramel, White Chocolate, and Milk Chocolate. The Souvenir Candied Popcorn Helmet is located at Justin’s Candied Popcorn Bar, Section 106 in the 1st Base Concourse. 

#5-Buffalo Chicken Poutine

A Canadian favorite with a twist features Buffalo Chicken with the teammates of Cheese Curds and Spicy Buffalo Sauce on a bed of French Fries. The Buffalo Chicken Poutine is located at Truly on Deck (Right Field Club Level). 

#4-Specialty Elote Street Corn

Starting in 2026, Target Field will open a Minneapolis Mill District-based vendor that sells Mexican Street Corn on a Stick with the Choice of Flavor: Hot Blue Corn Chips, Flamin’ Hot Cheetos®, Arbol Spice, Tajin, or Cotija Cheese. The Specialty Elote Street Corn is located at La Madre, Section 110 in the 1st Base Concourse. 

#3-Double Barrel Burger

One of the newest offerings from the Twins this season is Two Beef Patties with Burger Butter, White American Cheese, Horseradish Cream Sauce, and Grilled Onions on a Brioche Bun. The Double Barrel Burger is located at Red Cow, Section 233 at the Left Field Concourse. 

#2-Chocolate Fish on a Stick

The flavors of Japan are coming to Target Field in 2026 courtesy of a Crispy Fish-Shaped Waffle with an Asian-Inspired Filling and Chocolate Drizzle on top. Developed by Minneapolis-native chef Matthew Kazama, this sweet treat is then served with Vanilla Ice Cream. The Chocolate Fish on a Stick is located at Truly on Deck (Right Field Club Level) and Keeper’s Heart Town Ball Tavern (Section 229 at Left Field). 

#1-Build-Your-Own Mac & Cheese

This new culinary experience from the Minnesota Twins this year will let fans customize their personalized bowls. Toppings include Beef Brisket, Buffalo Chicken, Plain Mac & Cheese, Blue Cheese Crumbles, Fried Onion Crips, Sliced Hot Peppers. Once chosen, those ingredients will be mixed with Cavatappi Pasta along with White Cheddar Cheese Sauce and Breadcrumbs. To finish it off, the customized bowls will be garnished with a BBQ or Buffalo Ranch Drizzle. The Build-Your-Own Mac & Cheese is located at Mac and Yes Please, Section 113 Behind Home Plate.
