Padres’ New Food at Petco Park 2026 Include Curry Rice Bowls, Savory Pot Pies, Keema Cheese Fries, Pretzel Bites in a Glove & More!

The San Diego Padres and concessions provider Delaware North® announced 15 new food items that will be available this upcoming season. All ticket holders will be excited to try some new fan favorites such as the Loaded Pretzel Twists, Bratwurst Smashie, Short Rib Sandwich, and more. Food is not the only thing debuting at Petco Park in 2026 as there will also be new fan experience options.

The team recently opened a 1970s-themed lounge called Diamond Room as part of a partnership with the Simon Levi Building near the left field gates. Also, the players are wearing the #35 patches on their jerseys in honor of the late LHP Randy Jones. Now, many people might be wondering which new San Diego Padres food items to look forward to the most this year. Which ones will be the most popular and likely to have long lines in the concourse? Ranking the New Food at Petco Park for 2026

#15-Garlic Naan

This simple but interesting spin on street food will be Indian-Style Pita Bread with Garlic Butter. The Garlic Naan is located at Coco Ichibanya via Mercado, Section 104 in the Home Plate Concourse. 

#14-The Mortadella Sandwich

Those who prefer a healthier meal at Padres games can rely on Italian Pork Sausage Slices with Stracciatella Cheese, Pistacchio, and Arugula on Focaccia Bread. The Mortadella Sandwich is located at Gelati & Peccati via Mercado, Section 104 Behind Home Plate.

#13-Rolled Chicken Tacos

One of Petco Park’s elevated Mexican dishes has the starting lineup of Shredded Chicken, Queso, and Salsa in a Crunchy Flour Tortilla. The Rolled Chicken Tacos are located at 0.394 Club, Section 217 in the 1st Base Concourse. 

#12-Curry Buns

Beginning this season, the San Diego Padres will begin to offer House-Steamed Bao Buns filled with Japanese Curry. The Curry Buns are located at Coco Ichibanya via Mercado, Section 104 in the Home Plate Concourse. 

#11-The Caprese Sandwich

This lighter option at Petco Park contains Stracciatella Cheese with San Marzano Tomato Slices and Basil Pesto on Focaccia Bread. The Caprese Sandwich is located at Gelati & Peccati via Mercado, Section 104 Behind Home Plate.

#10-Bratwurst Smashie

Fans can now sample the flavors of Germany at Padres games this year based on the Bratwurst-Incorpated Patty with Beer Cheese, Red Peppers & Onions on a Pretzel Bun. The Bratwurst Smashie is located at 0.394 Club, Section 217 in the 1st Base Concourse. 

#9-Keema Cheese Fries

Petco Park is stepping up its loaded offerings game in 2026 thanks to the Minced Asian Meat and Shredded Cheese on a pile of French Fries. The Keema Cheese Fries are located at Coco Ichibanya via Mercado, Section 104 Behind Home Plate. 

#8-Chili Cheese Dog

San Diego’s ballpark staple unlike any other will have the components of Homemade Short Rib Chili with Shredded American Cheese and Chopped Onions. They are placed on top of an All-Beef Link in a White Bun. The Chili Cheese Dog is located at The Shortstop via Section 100 close to the Home Plate Gate. 

#7-Pretzel Bites in a Glove

A new snack on the go will be made of Mini Pretzel Pieces topped with either Salted with Cheese Sauce or Cinnamon Sugar with Vanilla Icing. This dish is then served in a Paper-Developed Padres Glove. The Pretzel Bites in a Glove is located at Padre Pretzels, Section 206 in the 3rd Base Concourse. 

#6-Hot Honey and Prosciutto Grilled Cheese

This comfort classic with a twist focuses on a Griddled Sandwich stuffed with Prosciutto Ham with Hot Honey Sauce, Boursin Soft Cheese, and Chives. The Hot Honey and Prosciutto Grilled Cheese is located at the Padres’ Lexus Club, Field Level at 3rd Base. 

#5-Carne Asada Fries

The newest member of the San Diego Padres’ food roster will consist of Grilled Steak with  Cheddar Cheese, Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, and Sour Cream on a bed of French Fries. The Carne Asada Fries are located at 0.394 Club, Section 217 in the 1st Base Concourse. 

#4-Curry Rice Bowl

The Asian food chain is now available at Petco Park courtesy of the choice of protein (Katsu Fried Chicken or Beef) with Japanese-Inspired Curry, Shredded Cheese, and White Rice. The Curry Rice Bowl is located at Coco Ichibanya via Mercado, Section 104 Behind Home Plate. 

#3-Short Stop Sandwich

One of the debuting concession items from the Padres in 2026 will feature a Braised Shirt Rib with Au Jus and Boursin Aioli on a French Roll. The Short Stop Sandwich, which comes with Kettle Chips, is located at The Shortstop via Section 100 close to the Home Plate Gate. 

#2-Loaded Pretzel Twists

This new experience from Petco Park this season highlights a Golden Brown Braided Pretzel with five flavors to choose from. The options are (1) Buffalo with Blue Cheese, (2), Salted with Brew Mustard, (3), Honey Mustard with Queso Blanco, (4) S’mores with Chocolate, Marshmallow Whipped Cream & Graham Cracker Crumble, and (5) Cinnamon Sugar with Vanilla Icing. The Loaded Pretzel Twists are located at Padre Pretzels, Section 206 in the 3rd Base Concourse. 

#1-Savory Pot Pies

New from the San Diego Padres, this new stand will begin to sell Homemade Pot Pies with a choice of filling: Classic Chicken or Creamy Herb Sauce. These meals can be served with the side dishes of Mashed Potatoes & Gravy. The Savory Pot Pies are located at Pop Pie Co., Section 129 at Right Field.
