Marlins’ New Food at LoanDepot Park for 2026 Include 2-Foot Quesadilla, Loaded Mac & Cheese, Colombian Hot Dog & More!

The Miami Marlins and concessions provider Pivot Culinary® announced 13 new food items that will be available this upcoming season. All ticket holders will be excited to try some new fan favorites such as the Cuban Smash Burger, Souvenir Marlins Teal Helmet, Pan Con Lechon, and more. Food is not the only thing debuting at LoanDepot Park in 2026 as there will also be new fan experience options.

The team will release two new beverages at many bars throughout the stadium: Cafecito Martini (Cuban Espresso & Vodka) and Marlins Mule (Lime Guava & Vodka). Also, the Legends Hall of Fame plans to induct two members: RHP Josh Beckett (September 6) and LHP Dontrelle Willis (September 13). Ranking the New Food at LoanDepot Park for 2026

#13-Loaded Tuna Nachos

The flavors of seafood are coming to LoanDepot Park in 2026 courtesy of Sushi-Grade (Raw) Tuna, Avocados, Spicy Mayo, and Sesame Seeds on a bed of Wonton Chips. The Loaded Tuna Nachos are located at SuViche, Section 210 in the 1st Base Concourse. 

#12-Maicito Con Pollo

For those who prefer a lighter meal can rely on Shredded Chicken mixed with Sweet Corn Kernels and drizzled with Colombian Sauce. The Maicito Con Pollo is located at Los Verdes via Section 220 in the 3rd Base Concourse. 

#11-Frita Smash

This Latin American hybrid will consist of an All-Beef Patty with Chorizo Sausage, Special Sauce, and Shoestring Fries on a White Bun. The Frita Smash is located at Classics Con Sazon, Section 19 in the 3rd Base Concourse. 

#10-Gourmet Mac & Cheese Bowls

A new spin on game day fare will give Miami Marlins fans eight flavors to choose from: Pizza, BBQ, Philly, Chicken Cordon Blue, Five-Cheese, Chicken Parmesan, Buffalo Chicken, or Jerk Chicken. The Gourmet Mac & Cheese Bowls are located at The Change Up, Section 1 Down the Right Field line (in rotation). 

#9-Berry Farm BBQ Sandwich

One of the new vendors from the Marlins’ Local Eats Program has a tasty menu for fans to choose from, ranging from the Brisket Sandwich to Pulled Pork Sandwich. The Berry Farm BBQ Sandwich is located at The Change Up, Section 1 Down the Right Field line (in rotation). 

#8-Masita Dog

This exclusive food item from LoanDepot Park will highlight an All-Beef Link topped with Crispy Pork Chunks and Shoestring Fries on a White Roll. The Masita Dog is located at Classics Con Sazon, Section 19 in the 3rd Base Concourse. 

#7-Venezuelan Empanadas

As part of the Miami Marlins Local Eats Program, the Doral-based vendor plans to offer Golden Brown Hand Pies stuffed with a choice of Shredded Chicken or Mechada Beef. The Venezuelan Empanadas are located at The Change Up, Section 1 Down the Right Field line (in rotation). 

#6-Medellin-Style Burger

Starting in 2026, LoanDepot Park will begin to sell a gourmet sandwich that comes with an All-Beef Patty, Ham, Smashed Potato Chips, Mozzarella Cheese, Signature Pineapple Sauce, Shredded Lettuce, and Ketchup. The Medellin-Style Burger, which is served on a Toasted Brioche Bun, is located at Los Verdes via Section 220 in the 3rd Base Concourse. 

#5-Throwback Ice Cream Sundae

Those with a sweet tooth can order a choice of Soft-Serve Ice Cream (Chocolate, Vanilla, or Swirl) with Sprinkles in a Souvenir Florida Marlins Teal Mini Helmet. The Throwback Ice Cream Sundae is located at Mister Softee®, Sections 8 (1st Base) and 23 (3rd Base). 

#4-Colombian-Style Hot Dog

The Marlins’ unique version of a ballpark favorite will focus on an All-Beef Link topped with Shoestring Potatoes, Salsa Rosada, and Melted Cheese on a White Roll. The Colombian-Style Hot Dog is located at Los Verdes, Section 220 in the 3rd Base Concourse. 

#3-Pan Con Lechon

One of the debuting items at LoanDepot Park is made of Roasted Pork, Homemade Mojo Sauce, and Grilled Onion on Cuban Bread. The Pan Con Lechon is located in Classics Con Sazon, Section 19 in the 3rd Base Concourse. 

#2-Parrillada Board

A new sharable option from the Marlins’ culinary team has the MVP hitters of Grilled Steak, Pork Sausage, Bone-In Chicken, Roasted Vegetables, Verde Salsa, Chimichurri Rojo, and Cilantro Sauce. The Parrillada Board is located at the Bullpen Bar Grill, near Section 32 in Left Field. 

#1-Machete Quesadilla

This new experience at LoaDepot Park this season will be a Two-Foot Flour Tortilla filled with Carne Asada, Oaxaca & Mozzarella Cheese, Smoky Guajillo Pepper Sauce, Salsa Verde, and Cilantro. The Machete Quesadilla is located at Classics Con Sazon, Section 19 in the 3rd Base Concourse.
