Before the St. Louis Cardinals play their home opener vs. Rays on March 26, there will be something new on game day for 2026. Busch Stadium and concessions provider Delaware North® announced 10 new food offerings that will be available this upcoming season. All ticket holders will be excited to try some new fan favorites such as the Dulce Pop, Nashville Hot Chicken & Waffles Sandwich, Fried Gooey Butter Cake, and more. Food is not the only thing debuting at Busch Stadium in 2026 as there will also be new fan experience options.

The team is debuting the rotational series called Made in The Lou, where local restaurants get to serve their signature dishes for a limited time. Here are the participating St. Louis eateries: The Flattened Caf (Filipino), Taste-D-Burger, K-BOP (Korean), Gulf Shores (Cajun), and Kanoa’s Hawaiian. • Description: For one month only, Korean cuisine will take over Busch Stadium with Kimchi Mandu, Korean Protein Bowls, Chicken Wings, Dumplings, and Sweet Teas.

#9-Gulf Shores Restaurant & Grill

• Description: One of the best Cajun places in St. Louis will be available for a limited time thanks to its Creole Chicken Gumbo, Fried Gator Bites, Shrimp Po’Boys, Catfish Po’Boys, and Lobster Rolls. The stand will also have specialty desserts and its run will only last from August 7 until August 30.

#8-Birria Ramen

• Description: The newest member of the St. Louis Cardinals’ food lineup will include Shredded Beef with Birria Sauce and Ramen Noodles. Fans can customize their bowls with the following toppings: Lime Wedge, Cilantro, and Chopped Onions. This dish is also served in a souvenir bowl.

#7-The Flattened Caf

• Description: Part of the rotational series, this Filipino BBQ vendor plans to serve Bacon Strips on a Stick, Chicken Adobo Skewers, Protein Bowls, and Ube Banana Pudding.

#6-Kanoa’s Hawaiian Grill

• Description: A local St. Louis restaurant is temporarily setting up shop for Cardinals games and selling the Kalua Pig Sandwich, Tropical Chicken, Hawaiian-Style Macaroni Salad, and White Rice. This experience is only available from March 26 until April 26.

#5-Dulce Pop

• Description: Perhaps the most refreshing treat on a hot summer day will consist of Ice Pops with the following flavors: Campfire S’mores, Berry Beak “Redbird-Shaped”, and Shark Attack with Gummies.

#4-Burnt Ends Hot Dogs

• Description: This new version of ballpark fare is made of Smoked Beef Link Pieces smothered with BBQ Glaze and a side of Potato Salad. Fans should receive about ten hot dog bites per order.

#3-Taste-D-Burger STL

• Description: One of the rotating food options at Busch Stadium this year will highlight Gourmet Burgers with premium toppings like Red Hot Riblets, BBQ Sauce, Provel Cheese, and Coleslaw. Taste-D-Burger STL is only available from July 6 until July 30.

• Description: A returning vendor will introduce a new menu item that features a Nashville Hot Crispy Chicken Breast with Two Belgian Waffles.

#1-Fried Gooey Butter Cake

• Description: This classic St. Louis staple has been elevated to the next level courtesy of the Deep-Fried Gooey Butter Cake covered with Funnel Cake Batter, and Choice of Toppings such as Chocolate Sauce, Vanilla Sauce, or Whipped Cream. This plate is then served on a stick.
