San Diego Padres Giveaways for 2026 Include Items Relating to America’s 250th Birthday, New Bobbleheads, Youth Freebies & More! 

Welcome to the San Diego Padres 2026 promo season! The Swinging Friars are coming off their first back-to-back playoff appearances since 2005-2006. In fact, the Padres have won 90 or more games in consecutive years for the first time in franchise history. Most importantly, the club wants to return to the NL Championship Series for the first time since 2022. Now that Spring Training is finally here, the Padres have released the official promotion schedule for 2026. 

The Gaslamp Quarter-based organization will have a total of 18 fan giveaways and more than 30 theme nights at Petco Park. For something new from the Padres in 2026, the team will wear #35 patches all year in remembrance of LHP Randy Jones, who passed away in November. He won the Cy Young for San Diego in 1986, had his #35 jersey retired, and inducted to the team’s hall of fame. The Swinging Friars also brought in a new manager this offseason with Craig Stammen taking over for Mike Shildt. 

Petco Park plans to start the 2026 giveaways slate in March with the 1998 Throwback Belt Bag and Opening Day Scarf. For April, the franchise will provide the following freebies to early-arriving fans: Manny Machado “Hot Corner” Bobblehead, Puffy Vest, and Winter Beanie Hat. Next, the May take-home souvenirs are fan favorite potential in the USA Patriotic Hawaiian Shirt and Mason Miller Bobblehead. In June, the team will provide exclusive stadium gear such as the Western Snapback Hat and Xander Bogaerts “Bogey Goes Deep” Bobblehead. 

The second half of the San Diego Padres’ 2026 campaign resumes right before the All-Star break ranging from the Reversible Bucket Hat to Mexican Poncho and Trevor Hoffman Bobblehead. For August, Petco Park has never-seen giveaways like the Superhero Pocket T-Shirt and Jackson Merrill “HR RRobbery” Bobblehead. Finally, the Gaslamp Quarter-based organization wraps up the final month of the year in September with the Kids Superhero Lunch Box and Fernado Tatis Jr. “City Connect” Bobblehead.
