The boys in yellow and black are seeking their third consecutive playoff berth of the first time since 2014-2017. In fact, the Pittsburgh Steelers are looking to win a postseason game for the first time since the Divisional Round vs. Chiefs during the 2016 season. But before those playoff talks begin, the franchise and food provider Aramark® have announced the food concessions lineup for the 2025 season. The Steelers plan to give fans 8 new food offering for the upcoming season.
The debuting menu items will consist of the following: Pick 6 Sammies (Crab Cake, Beef & Cheese, or Crispy Chicken), PeppeRooney & Sausage Pizza, Pittsburgh Pierogi Pileup, Spice Box, Upsclae Nachos, and more. Returning vendors include the Primanti Bros® Sandwiches, Caliente Pizza, Chickie & Pete’s®, Pierogi House, and Tenders Love & Chicken. The History of Pittsburgh Football at Acrisure Stadium
With the NFL Football seasons underway, the boys in yellow & black are ready for kick-off! The Steelers have been playing at Acrisure Stadium since 2001. Speaking of Acrisure Stadium (formerly Heinz Field), the venue can hold at least 65,000 football fans. The teams’ venue, also the home for the Pittsburgh Panthers, is located just a couple blocks from PNC Park (home of the MLB’s Pittsburgh Pirates). Acrisure Stadium is also about a 5-10 minute drive from the University of Pittsburgh campus. The Steelers last won the Super Bowl during the 2008 season, while the Panthers won the National Championship in 1976. Heinz Field hosted the 2011 NHL Winter Classic (Penguins vs. Capitals) and the 2017 NHL Stadium Series (Penguins vs. Flyers).
