Who Are the Nashville Sounds? What League Do They Play in?

With the Minor League Baseball Season (MiLB) underway, the Nashville Sounds are ready to play ball in the Music City! The Sounds are a Triple-A Team affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers and they play in the Triple-A League. In fact, 2021 will be the Sounds’ first year of affiliation with the Brewers after spending the last two seasons with the Texas Rangers.

Where do the Nashville Sounds Play their Home Games?

The Sounds have been playing their home games at First Horizon Park since 2015 after spending its first 36 years at the now-demolished Herschel Greer Stadium. Speaking of First Tennessee Stadium, the 10,000-capacity ballpark incorporates the spirit of the Music City by installing a guitar-shaped video board in right field and serving Nashville Hot Chicken in concessions. Their mascot is Booster, a red rooster (resembling a Nashville Hot Chicken with Red Cayenne Pepper) who wears a jersey with a number zero on the back.
