Minnesota Twins New Foods 2025 at Target Field

The MLB concessions adventure has finally begun in the Twin Cities. Now, the Twins have some exciting stadium food offerings baseball fans can look forward to at Target Field in 2025. Since the team is honoring the ballpark’s 15th anniversary this season, the food provider Delaware North® is creating about 16 new menu selections for every baseball fan in attendance. The debuting selections from the Twins this year include the 1.5-Foot Quesadilla, Boba Tea Drinks, Grilled Spam® Sandwich, Bratwurst Sampler, and many more. 

Target Field will also bring back returning local vendors such as Union Hmong Kitchen, Pizza Luce, Red Cow Burger Sliders, and many more to choose from. Menu Items Making 2025 Debut at Target Field

Bratwurst Sampler

  • Description: Why choose just on sausage when you can have all three? Introducing the Mini-Dog Sampler that will highlight Cherry Bomb Sausage, Bratwurst, and Polish Link on a White Bun. The plate comes with a side of Sauerkraut and Grilled Onions. 
  • Location: Kramarczuk’s (Sections 112-Home Plate and 101-Right Field)

Mexican Rice Bowl

  • Description: This new sensation includes a Choice of Protein (Chicken or Steak), Queso Fresco, Pico de Gallo, Pinto Beans, and Sour Cream on a Bed of Rice. 
  • Location: Taco Libre (1st Base Concourse, Section 103)

Grand Slam Shawarma

  • Description: A traditional Greek staple with a twist will consist of a Rolled Flatbread stuffed with Marinated Chicken that compliments Roasted Garlic Mayo, Chopped Pickles, and Garlic Sauce. 
  • Location: Section 110 in the 1st Base Concourse

Lord Fletcher’s Walleye Tacos

  • Description: The local flavors of the Midwest are now available at Target Field courtesy of Three Flour Tortilla Tacos filled with Grilled Walleye Fish, Baja Sauce, Tequila Vinaigrette, and Napa Cilantro Slaw. 
  • Location: 10,000 Lakes Bar via Gate 34 (Right Field Plaza)

Dugout Dill Pickle Pizza

  • Description: A popular food vendor for Twins games will debut a new Baked Dough layered with Garlic Dill Pickle Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese, and Sliced Pickles. 
  • Location: Pizza Luce via Minnie & Paul’s Bar (Right Field Concourse, Section 234)

Hot Honey Chicken & Waffles

  • Description: This recent trend will focus on Deep-Fried Chicken Tenders drizzled in Hot Honey Sauce and paired with Homemade Belgian Waffles. 
  • Location: Official Fried Chicken via Gate 34 (Right Field Plaza)

1.5-Foot Machete Quesadilla

  • Description: A bigger than normal Quesadilla features a Choice of Meat (Chicken or Steak), Shredded Cheese, Sour Cream, and Lettuce sandwiched between Two Grilled Flour Tortillas. 
  • Location: Taco Libre (1st Base Concourse, Section 103)

Soul Bowl Caribe Bowl

  • Description: All ticket holders will get the chance to sample the flavors of the Caribbean right in Minneapolis thanks to the Jerk BBQ Chicken that pairs well with Diced Pineapples, Sweet Plantains, Chopped Green Onions, and Yellow Rice. 
  • Location: Soul Bowl (Section 114 in the Home Plate Concourse)

TokiDoki Wings

  • Description: The latest member of the team’s concessions roster will showcase Crispy Chicken Wings smothered with either Sweet TokiDoki Wing Sauce or TokiDoki Dry Rub. 
  • Location: Hrbek’s (Home Plate Concourse, Section 114)

Pork Tenderloin Sandwich

  • Description: One of the top-selling Midwest dishes has a Deep-Fried Large Pork Cutlet with Ranch Aioli, Tomato, Lettuce, Pickles, and Onions on a Fresh Bakery Roll. 
  • Location: Keeper’s Heart Town Ball Tavern (Section 229, Left Field)

Cozy Cookie

  • Description: Perhaps the newest sweet treat in the Twin Cities resembles a Baked Dough with many options to choose from: S’mores, Red Velvet, Cookie Monster, Chocolate, and Golden Oreo®. The cookies can also be made nut free and gluten free. 
  • Location: Family Value & Markets (Sections 126-Left Field, 109-1st Base, and 105-1st Base)

Niko Niko Boba

  • Description: The stadium’s fun beverage experience contains the Three Main Boba Pearls Tea Flavors: Signature Milk Black Tea, Hawaiian Fruit, and the No-Caffeine Strawberry Lemon Spritz. 
  • Location: Niko Niko Boba (1st Base Concourse, Section 107)

Jalapeno Popper Salad

  • Description: For those who prefer a lighter meal can order a Pile of Mixed Greens topped with Jalapeno Dressing, Vegan Cream Cheese, Quinoa, Carrots, Zucchini, Corn, Red Onions, Chipotle Croutons, and Cilantro. 
  • Location: Section 110 in the 1st Base Concourse

Premium Offerings at Twins Games in 2025

Grilled Spam® Sandwich

  • Description: This new offering will be made of a Grilled Pork Patty that works with Crispy Bacon and Caramelized Onions on a Toasted Onion Bun. 
  • Location: Truly on Deck Market (Right Field, Sections 201-202)

Sweet & Sour Fried Pork

  • Description: One of the go-to Asian classics will be Stir-Fried Pork drenched in Sweet & Sour Sauce. The plate comes with a side of Pickled Carrots & Cucumbers Slaw. 
  • Location: Truly on Deck Market (Sections 201-202, Right Field)

Chopped Southwest Burger

  • Description: An American cook-out with some heat presents a Chopped Beef Patty layered with Jalapeno Aioli, Pepper Jack Cheese, Chorizo Sausage, Queso Fresco, Tomato, Lettuce, and Onions on a Hoagie Bun. 
  • Location: Truly on Deck Market (Right Field, Sections 201-202)
