With the NBA Basketball season underway, the Minnesota Timberwolves are ready for tip-off! The Timberwolves have been playing at the Target Center since 1990. Speaking of Target Center, the venue can hold nearly 18,000 fans in capacity. The team’s venue is located in Downtown Minneapolis (home of the MLB’s Twins and NFL’s Vikings). The Timberwolves ended their 14-year playoff drought in 2018, their first such appearance since 2004.

Target Center is also the home of the WNBA’s Minnesota Lynx, one of the league’s longest-running teams. Since the Lynx began playing at the venue in 1999, the team won four WNBA Championships: 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2017. In addition, Minnesota has played in the WNBA Finals six times: 2011-2013, 2015-2017.
