With the Minor League Baseball Season (MiLB) underway, the Memphis Redbirds are ready to play ball! The Redbirds are a Triple-A Team affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals. In addition, they play in the West Division for the International League as of 2024. For 2021, Memphis played in the Southeast division for the Triple-A East League. 2024 will be the club’s 26th season as an MiLB affiliation club for the Cardinals dating back to its inception in 1998.

The Redbirds have been playing their home games at AutoZone Park since 2000 after spending the previous couple seasons at Tim McCarver Stadium. Speaking of AutoZone Park, the 10,000-capacity ballpark is located in Downtown Memphis not far from the Arkansas state line. According to Baseball America, the stadium won the Minor League Ballpark of the Year in 2009. The team’s official mascot is Rocky the Redbird.
