List of Nationals New Foods 2025 at Nationals Park

The MLB culinary journey has finally taken place in Washington D.C. Now, the Nats have some exciting stadium food offerings baseball fans can look forward to at Nationals Park in 2025. Since the team is celebrating its 20th anniversary this season, the culinary team plans to honor the milestone by serving over 15 new menu selections for every baseball fan in attendance. The debuting selections from the Nationals this year include the Oyster Mushrooms Latin Bowl, Vietnamese Tacos, Mango Popsicles, Torta de Chilaquiles, and many more. 

Nationals Park will also debut the Player Pick ‘Em Rotational Series at Center Field ranging from Crews’s Bayou Hot Honey Chicken Biscuits to Abrahms’s Peach BBQ Bowls and Zimmerman’s Beer-Brined Ribs. In fact, the stadium will have returning attractions such as Ben’s Chili Bowl, Haute Dogs, Eli’s Crepes, and many more to choose from. International Cuisine Making 2025 Debut at Nationals Park

Orange Chicken Bites

• Description: One of the go-to flavors in Asian cooking will highlight Deep-Fried Chicken Bites drenched in OrangeZest-Infused Sauce, Toasted Red Chili, and Chopped Onions. 
• Location: Lucky Danger (Section 238 in the Right Field Concourse)

OG Roti Tacos

• Description: The Vietnamese & Mexican hybrid comes with a Choice of Meat (Pork or Beef), Pickled Veggies, and Spicy Mayo on a Flour Tortilla. Customers should receive about 2-3 tacos per order.

Torta de Chilaquiles

• Description: This Hispanic sandwich classic plans to cook up Carne Asada, Chihuahua Cheese, Salsa Verde, Queso Fresco, Saucy Chips, and Crema on a Telera Roll. 
• Location: Taqueria Picoso (Section 117 in the 3rd Base Concourse)

Caribbean Bowl

• Description: Those who want a plant-based meal can rely on Grilled Jerk Oyster Mushrooms that partner with Chickpea & Sweet Potato Curry Stew, Roasted Corn, Plantain Aioli, Jerk Black Beans, Pickled Onions, and Arugula Leaves on a Bed of Coconut Jasmine Rice.

Kalua Pork Sisig Nachos

• Description: A new fan-favorite will honor Fried Wonton Chips layered with Slow-Roasted Pork, Nacho Cheese, Sizzled Jalapenos, Pickled Onions, Tomatoes, Furikake Seasonings, and Spicy Cilantro Aioli. 
• Location: Kam & 46 (Section 105 in the Left Field Concourse)

Thai-Spiced Popcorn

• Description: The latest member of the Nationals’ food lineup is a Bag of Popcorn with Asian-inspired flavors like the Pad Thai and the Thai Chili Lime.

Chicken Dumplings

• Description: This fun bite to eat is made with House-Steamed Wrappers filled with Seasoned Chicken and Chopped Chives.

Maracas® Ice Pops

• Description: For the hot summer days, all ticket holders will be relieved for a refreshing Mexican Popsicle with flavors such as Guava and Chamoy-Infused Mango. 
• Location: Mobile Bicycle on Every Level

Banh Mi Sandwich

• Description: A Vietnamese staple includes a Choice of Protein (Beef or Pork), Pickled Carrots, Garlic Aioli, and Cilantro on a Warm Baguette. 
• Location: Phowheels (Section 140 in the Right Field Concourse)

Peruvian Bowl

• Description: Another vegan option has the components of Grilled Peruvian Oyster Mushrooms that collaborate with Aji Verde Sauce, Pinto Beans, Roasted Corn, Pickled Onions, and Arugula Leaves on a Pile of Coconut Jasmine Rice. 
• Location: Mush (Right Field Concourse, Section 137)

Tuna Tartare Nachos

• Description: This new offering will consist of Crispy Wonton Chips topped with  Raw-Sushi-Grade Tuna, Chili & Wasabi Aioli, Shoyu Sauce, Chopped Scallions, and Furikake Seasonings.

Nationals Logo Frosted Cookies

• Description: The fun treat not found at other MLB stadiums features a Vanilla Cookie Dough smothered with Vanilla Frosting that contains two different logo designs: the Curly W and the Primary Logo.

Bayou Hot Chicken Biscuit

• Description: Named in honor of Dylan Crews’ LSU playing days, this dish will resemble a Deep-Fried Chicken Thigh Marinated in Buttermilk with Pimento Cheese, Creole Honey Bacon Glaze, and Bread & Butter Pickles on a Buttermilk Biscuit. WARNING: The food item is only available for May home games.
