New Rivalries Uniforms Debut, Throwback Jerseys & Hispanic Heritage Day Part of the List of Miami Dolphins Game Themes 2026!
Welcome to the Dolphins’ official 2026 promotional schedule reveal! The NFL club has now missed the playoffs in consecutive seasons for the first time since 2017-2021. In fact, the team wants to win a postseason game for the first time since the 2000 Wild Card. But before those playoff talks begin, Miami has officially announced its 2026 game themes schedule that focuses on fan favorite events and in-game entertainment. New themes this season include the Updated Rivalries Uniforms, Hispanic Heritage Day, and Throwback Special.
Hard Rock Stadium will begin the 2026 promotional dates in August with Football for All via Youth Sports (Aug. 22) and Family Fun Night (Aug. 28). The home opener will not begin until September 27, where the Dolphins will welcome the 2026 roster and celebrate Hispanic Heritage Day. Next, the sole October home matchup will focus on the team’s Dolphins Cancer Challenge via Crucial Catch (Oct. 11). The Dolphins will play a total of two games at Hard Rock Stadium from September until a very busy November.
Speaking of November, Miami will host three fan-favorite events: Football Unites (Nov. 1), Salute to Service (Nov. 15), and SoFlo Sunday (Nov. 29). Football Unites recognizes the community relief efforts from the late Senior VP Jason Jenkins. The team has two game themes in store for December: Dolphin Helmet Throwbacks (Dec. 13) and Home for the Holidays (Dec. 27). Last but not least, the Dolphins will spend the home finale in January debuting their Rivalries jerseys and tanking their fans (Jan. 3).

August 2026
Football for All
- This preseason affair celebrates the future stars of the NFL and other youth sports such as flag football and junior varsity football.

Family Fun Night
- The preseason finale includes interactive activities & back-to-school giveaways as the Dolphins face off against an NFC conference rival.

Home Opener & Hispanic Heritage
- Hard Rock Stadium plans to welcome the 2026 Miami Dolphins players as part of the special pregame ceremony.
- To fit the game theme, the team will provide Latin food offerings and live entertainment.

October 2026
Crucial Catch Matinee
- For the only home game for the month, the franchise wants to tell cancer survivor stories and early screenings through the Dolphins Cancer Challenge.

November 2026
Football Unites
- In honor of the contributions from former Dolphins Senior VP Jason Jenkins (1974-2022), the organization will donate $50,000 to underserved communities in South Florida.

Salute to Service
- The afternoon game will pay tribute to the local veterans and soldiers for protecting our land.

Throwback Showdown
- The players are going to wear their All-White Uniforms and “Football Helmet Dolphin” Helmets.
