In fact, the stadium is also about a 0.5-hour drive from Lawrence, KS (home of the Kansas Jayhawks College Sports). The venue was formerly known as T-Bone Stadium (2018-2020) and CommunityAmerica Ballpark (2002-2017). During the team’s run as the T-Bones, the official mascot was Sizzle the Red Bull. The currently mascot for the Monarchs is Monty the Baseball Guy.
