In addition, they play in the South Division for the Eastern Conference. Greenville has been a farm team for the Panthers since 2020. The franchise previously partnered with the New York Rangers (2010-2018) and Carolina Hurricanes (2019-2020). The team was formerly known as the Johnstown Chiefs (Pennsylvania, 1988-2010) before relocating to the Carolinas to become the Greenville Road Warriors.
