Colorado Rockies New Foods 2025 at Coors Field

The MLB culinary starting lineup has officially been made in the Mile High City. Now, the Rockies have some exciting stadium food offerings baseball fans can look forward to at Coors Field in 2025. Since the stadium is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, the food provider Aramark® plans to cook up at least 10 new menu selections for every baseball fan in attendance. The debuting selections from the Rockies this year include the Wazee Bacon Burger, Hatch Green Chile Bratwurst, Dessert Nachos, Taco Trio, and many more. 

Coors Field will also bring back returning local vendors such as Helton Burgers & Shakes, The SandLot Brewery, Rocky Mountain Oysters, and many more to choose from. However, longtime vendor Biker Jim’s Animal-infused Hot Dogs will not return to the ballpark after the restaurant closing last year. Crazy Eats Making 2025 Debut at Coors Field

Dessert Nachos

• Description: This fun spin on ballpark fare will consist of Crispy Cinnamon-Spice Flour Tortillas layered with Powdered Sugar, Fresh Berries, and Caramel Sauce with the side of Whipped Cream. 
• Location: 134 Grill (Home Plate Concourse, Section 134)

Souvenir Snow Cone Cups

• Description: The 16-oz. Sweet treat comes with the following Shaved Ice Flavors: Raspberry Wild, Watermelon, Strawberry, and Mango. The item is then served in a Souvenir Rockies Fastball Cup and it can be served with or no alcohol. 
• Location: Frozen Fastballs (Section 202 in the Right Field Concourse)

Wild Fries

• Description: A new craveable offering will showcase Deep-Fried & Thinly-Cut Potato Fries covered  with Salt and other Seasonings. The dish is accompanied by a Choice of Dipping Sauce: Original, Ketchup, or Honey Mustard. 
• Location: Near the Rooftop (Right Field Concourse, Section 306)

Smoked Chicken Wings

• Description: Starting this year, Colorado plans to sell In-House & Brined Chicken Wings with a selection of either BBQ or Buffalo Sauce. 
• Location: The SandLot Brewery (Right Field Corner not far from the Team Store)

Triple-Play Sliders

• Description: This new experience gives fans an opportunity to pink one of the Three New Mini Sandwiches: Chorizo (Mexican Sausage Patty, Melted Chihuahua Cheese, Guacamole), Birria (Beef, Onion, Chihuahua Cheese), and Italian (Spicy Sausage, Fried Cheese Ravioli, Marinara Sauce). NOTE: Each plate has three sliders per order and all three must be the same flavor. 
• Location: Section 115 (Down the Right Field Line)

Wazee Burger

• Description: The most talked-about burger in the Mile High City will include a ½-Pound Beef Patty that collaborates with Crispy Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Boom Boom Sauce, Tomato, and Lettuce on a Toasted Potato Bun. 
• Location: Sections 137-3rd Base and 125-1st Base

Hatch Green Chile Bratwurst

• Description: The local bite of Denver has a German Sausage topped with Bell peppers, Poblano, and Grilled Onions on a White Bun. 
• Location: Polidori (Sections 107-Right Field and 321-1st Base)

The Taco Trio

• Description: The Triple Play Sliders are not the only trio being served at Coors Field this season as the team also plans to provide Flour Tortillas with Three Different Fillings: BBQ Grilled Chicken, Braised Pork Carnitas, and Chorizo & Elote Corn. 
• Location: Hall & Worth (Sections 114-Down the RF Line, 235-Home Plate, and 222-1st Base)

Polidori Chorizo Bratwurst

• Description: The tastes of Mexico are heading to Colorado this season courtesy of a Chorizo Link layered with Crunchy Potato Stix, Bacon Bits, Chihuahua Cheese, and Corn on a White Roll. 
• Location: Polidori (Sections 107-Right Field and 321-1st Base)

Jalapeno Cheddar Bratwurst

• Description: A hot dog with some kick is a Jalapeno-Infused Cheddar Sausage topped with Bacon Bits, Jalapenos, Poblano, Onions, and Bell Peppers on a White Bun. 
• Location: Polidori (Sections 107-Right Field and 321-1st Base)
