#5-Justice Center Parking Garage
One of Durham’s multi-level buildings that are within walking distance from the stadium’s outfield gates. The Justice Center Parking Garage has six levels where fans can find spots for Bulls games. However, this spot does not provide any parking passes as it is primarily used for the Courthouse on non-game days. That being said, the Justice Center Garage will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis with the entrance at 498 S Dillard Street. Fans should have their payment cards ready since this spot might not accept cash.
#4-North Deck Parking Garage
Perhaps a longer walk to Durham Bulls Athletic Park, but it will be worth it because of the scenery. Once fans park their cars at the 7-level North Deck entrance, they will walk to the left to the American Tobacco Campus courtyard with the Burt Shavitz Cabin. Then, they will walk around the nearby river and head right to the American Tobacco Campus parking only entrance at Blackwell Street. Afterwards, they will turn right for another couple blocks and the ballpark will be at the left.
The North Deck is one of the couple parking garages that participate in the parking pass program. Only those with a Blue, Yellow, or Red pass can enter the North Deck with the entrance at 305 Jackson Street. The garage opens at 4:30 PM for 6:45 PM first pitch games (Mondays-Fridays). This 7-level garage is a great option for those who are within walking steps of the outfield gates. In fact, the East Deck is one of the three parking garages that allow parking passes near Durham Bulls Athletic Park. Only those with a Blue, Yellow, or Red pass can enter the East Deck with the entrance at 248 S Mangum Street. The garage opens at 4:30 PM for 6:45 PM first pitch games (Mondays-Fridays). Located across the street from the ballpark’s home plate entrance, this lot is situated underneath the US 147 Highway. The lot is only accessible for those who have an Orange parking pass.
