Beef Birria Tacos Among Buccaneers 2024 New Foods
The brand new football campaign is just around the corner in Central Florida, and the defending NFC South Division Champions have some exciting food additions Tampa Bay sports fans can look forward to. As the men in red are looking for their fourth straight division crown, they will be developing some new concepts in food stands and club levels. Some of the never-seen menu items for 2024 include the Beef Birria Tacos, Firecracker Shrimp, and Gridiron Smashburger.
Raymond James Stadium also plans to prompt a rotating local chef series throughout the season. For each game, a top chef from the Tampa Bay area will come to the stadium and cook up a signature dish from his or her restaurant. The participating culinary offerings range from Sparkman Wharf, St. Pete Pier, Hyde Park, Water Street, and more.

Main Concessions
Beef Birria Tacos
- Description: This dish will resemble Marinated Beef Birria with Cotija Cheese, Pico de Gallo, Lime, and a Beef Consommé Dipping Sauce. Customers should receive about three tacos per order.

Gridiron Smashburger
- Description: The latest member of the Bucs’ foot roster includes a Chuck, Brisket & Angus-Blend Patty that compliments American Cheese and Original Sauce on a Toasted Bun.
- Location: Gridiron Grill (Section 112)
Tampa Cuban Sandwich
- Description: Nothing is better in Tampa than a traditional sandwich that showcases a Ybor City-Produced Cuban Bread filled with Pork, Ham, Swiss Cheese, Mustard, and Pickles. The classic comes with a side of Plantain Chips.
- Location: Taste of Tampa (Sections 137, 309, and 334) and Ybor Press (Sections 233 & 208)
Loaded BBQ Nachos
- Description: Courtesy of the “Legends Smokehouse” promotion, this fun stadium cuisine will highlight a Choice of Meat (Pulled Pork, Chicken, Brisket, or Burnt Ends) with Nacho Cheese, Pico de Gallo Salsa, and Pickled Jalapenos on a Pile of Tortilla Chips.

Mojo Chicken
- Description: Fans can sample the flavors of Latin America thanks to the Mojo Sauce-Infused Grilled Chicken Breast with Black Beans and White Rice.

Veggie Cuban Sandwich
- Description: A healthier version of a Tampa icon will include Sauteed Mushrooms that pair with Swiss Cheese, Pickles, and Mustard on a Locally-Sourced Cuban Bread.

Firecracker Shrimp
- Description: This new attraction focuses on Shrimp drenched in Sweet Chili Sauce and garnished with Chopped Green Onions.

Short Rib Hot Dog
- Description: In a rarity for NFL venues and sports stadiums across the country, the men in red will introduce a Beef Short Rib-Incorporated Link topped with a Choice of Toppings (Mustard, Ketchup, Sauerkraut, or Relish) on a White Bun.

Ferrell Alvarez-Dang Dude (Korean from Sparkman Wharf in Downtown Tampa)
- Lemongrass Chili Chicken: Shredded Chicken Marinated with Lemongrass Hoisin and served with Diced Cucumbers.

Lee Aquino-TEAK (Seafood & Meats from St. Pete Pier)

Sean Brasel-Meat Market (Wood-Fired Meats from Hyde Park in West Tampa)
- Brisket Quinoa: Texas-Style Beef Brisket that underwent a 20-Hour Marination Process through Soy Sesame and served with Stir-Fried Quinoa and Green Scallions.
