In addition, they play in the Pacific Division for the Western Conference. Bakersfield has been a farm team for the Oilers since 2010. The franchise was formerly known as the Oklahoma City Barons (Oklahoma: 2010-2015) until their relocation. Heads up because this team is the second incarnation of the Bakersfield Condors. The first incarnation of the Condors played in the ECHL (1998-2015) until their relocation to Virginia to become the Norfolk Admirals.

Mechanics Bank Arena is also about a 2.0-hour drive from Fresno (home of the Fresno State Bulldogs and Minor League Baseball’s Grizzlies).
