With the Minor League Baseball Season (MiLB) underway, the Augusta GreenJackets (based in North Augusta, SC) are ready to play ball! The GreenJackets are a Low-A Team affiliate of the Atlanta Braves. In addition, they play in the South Division for the Low-A East League. The GreenJackets have been an affiliate for the Braves since 2021.
The minor league franchise previously partnered with the San Francisco Giants from 2004 until 2020. The GreenJackets are named after the “green jackets” that the Masters Tournament champion wears. The city of Augusta, Georgia is the home of the annual golfing event called The Masters Tournament.

The GreenJackets have been playing their home games at SRP Park since 2018. Speaking of SRP Park, the 5,000-capacity ballpark is located in North Augusta, South Carolina near the Savannah River. The ballpark is also very close to the South Carolina/Georgia state line. SRP Park is about a 2-hour drive from Downtown Atlanta. The GreenJackets previously played at Lake Olmstead Stadium in Georgia from 1995 until 2017. The team’s official mascot is Auggie the GreenJacket.
