The MLB concessions updates have finally been revealed in West Sacramento. Now, the Athletics have some exciting stadium food offerings baseball fans can look forward to at Sutter Health Park in 2025. Since this is the first season for the A’s since relocating from Oakland, the culinary team wants to make about 10 new menu selections for every baseball fan in attendance. The debuting selections from the Athletics this year include the Mexican Burritos, Garlic Knots, Loaded Pastrami Fries, Short Rib Chili Cheese Dogs, and many more.

Loaded Pastrami Fries

• Description: This Irish spin on a baseball staple will consist of Crinkle-Cut Fries layered with Beef Pastrami, Nacho Cheese, Caramelized Onions, and Secret Sauce. Also from this place has the menu of chicken tenders & fries baskets. 
• Location: Coop & Kennel Pub (3rd Base Concourse)

Bacon Wrapped Latino Dog

• Description: A new addition to the A’s food lineup includes a Bacon-Wrapped Beef Link topped with Pico de Gallo Salsa, Pinto Beans, Roasted Jalapenos, and Cream on a Potato Roll. The stand can also offer cheeseburgers as well as garlic & parmesan fries on game day.

Short Rib Chili Cheese Dog

• Description: A non-ordinary loaded dog will develop a Slow-Cooked Short Rib Chili and Melty Cheese Sauce placed on an All-Beef Link. The ingredients are then served on a White Hot Dog Bun.

Grilled Sausage Roll

• Description: The elevated take on stadium fare focuses on Grilled Sausage layered with Caramelized Onions and a Choice of Sauce (Ketchup, Mustard, or Both), all served on a Potato Roll.

Garlic Knots

• Description: One of the newest at Sutter Health Park this year will be a House-Baked Dough-Shaped Knot infused with Garlic and accompanied by Hot Marinara Dipping Sauce. Customers should receive about 2-4 pieces per order. The station also provides pepperoni and cheese pizza slices.

Crispy Fried Chicken Sub

• Description: This dish resembles a Deep-Fried Chicken Breast that partners with Special Sauce and Pickles on a Potato Bun.

Tri-Tip Sandwich

• Description: A hand-held sensation comes with a Marinated Beef Tri-Tip with Swiss Cheese and Grilled Onions on White Bread.

Mexican Burritos

• Description: The flavors of Mexico are coming to West Sacramento in 2025 courtesy of a Flour Tortilla stuffed with a Choice of Meat (Beef Barbacoa or Chicken Tinga), Jack Cheese, Rice, and Beans. The stand also sells street tacos featuring the same protein selections.

Hand-Spun Milkshakes

• Description: For the hot summer afternoon games, fans can cool down and drink up a Blended Ice Cream Beverage with either Chocolate and Vanilla. The cup is then topped with Whipped Cream with a Cherry garnish.

Merlino’s Freeze

• Description: Another option for a sweet tooth will be made by a local restaurant vendor with Shaved Ice Flavors of Orange, Lemon, Strawberry, Mango, Watermelon, and many more.
